Media

How long we retain your data

Refunds & Returns Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. Our Proofing Approval Policy is easy for our customers to either approve or make changes before final print production begins.
Vehicle Wraps are under warranty for 1 year. Since wraps are meant to be viewed no closer that 8 to 10 feet there may be visible seams and or imperfections. A wrap is only as good as what it is being stuck to or what is being wrapped. If there are dents, rock chips, missing paint, peeling clear coat etc., it will be seen thru the wrap in most cases.
Walls, interior and exterior doors and windows must be clear of debris and be clean. Wrap material will not stick to bare metal so all metal surfaces must be painted and in good condition with no oxidizing. Chipping and pealing will be enhanced by wrap. If surface is not in good condition there will be no guarantee.
Will I have to wash my vehicle before installation?
Yes. All vehicles must be free of dirt, mud, pollen and other agents that my affect the installation process. Additional fees of 100$/hr may apply for the removal of old wrap and or excessive tar or dirt.
Carefully check all the details on your proof and if the layout is to your approval, simply click the green “Approve” button and we can proceed with production.
If the proof needs some changes, you can request a revision by typing in the changes you’d like to make and clicking on the red “Make Changes” button.
